Sales Personnel in Texas and North Louisiana with Experience and contacts
This position is: Full Time
Position Location: New Iberia, LA


General Purpose

To plan and carry out all sales activities on assigned accounts or areas. Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and managing quality of product and service delivery.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

  • generate and qualify leads
  • source and develop client referrals
  • prepare sales action plans and strategies
  • schedule sales activity
  • develop and maintain a customer database
  • develop and maintain sales and promotional materials
  • plan and conduct direct marketing activities
  • make sales calls to new and existing clients
  • develop and make presentations of company products and services to current and potential clients
  • negotiate with clients
  • develop sales proposals
  • present sales contracts
  • conduct product training
  • maintain sales activity records and prepare sales reports
  • respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in person
  • ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships
  • follow up on sales activity
  • perform quality checks on product and service delivery
  • monitor and report on sales activities and follow up for management
  • conduct market research and surveys
  • participate in sales events
  • monitor competitors, market conditions and product development

Education and Experience

  • knowledge of relevant computer applications
  • knowledge of principles and practices of sales
  • knowledge of customer service principles
  • knowledge of basic business principles
  • experience in sales
  • experience in making presentations

Limitations to Responsibilities

Sales Representatives may not enter into any binding contract or agreement without written consent of/from and the signature of the CEO of American Pollution Control Corp.

Sale Representatives may not sign as or sign for the CEO any written contract or agreement which binds American Pollution Control Corp in any way to any work, goods, services or exchange of any work, goods, services of any type.

CEO of American Pollution Control must place in writing any deviations/granted permissions to the limitations of the Sales Representatives.

Sales Representatives may not, at any time, receive or distribute any gifts or gratuities to or from clients or perspective clients to avoid any perception of work or special circumstances or favors of any type being traded for gifts or anything of monetary value.

Sales Representatives must follow companies Ethics Policy and maintain a strong background in good Business Ethics.

Sales Representatives who sign(s) or agree(s) to, in any way, any contract or agreement without the express written consent and the signature of the CEO of American Pollution Control shall be held fully responsible and liable to/for any such contract or agreement.

American Pollution Control Corp, CEO and all designated representatives of American Pollution Control shall not be held responsible or liable in any way due to any misrepresentation, misconduct, or unauthorized actions or statements by any Sales Representative.

All binding contracts or agreements can only be approved and signed by the CEO of American Pollution Control Corp.
